1.Subject to the provisions of our Cancellation And Refund clause above, Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged, or if the Goods supplied are not the same Goods as what was ordered.
2.If any defect in the Goods are discovered within a period of 3 (three) weeks after delivery, this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, and must be returned to us as soon as reasonably possible.
3.If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered, this must be reported within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery.
4.Any damage to Goods must also be reported within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery.
5.If the Goods have been approved by us in accordance with provisions of our Returns clause, we will request that you post it back to us
6.Please use only the postal address that we supply you with.
7.If you are returning Goods via courier or post office, please ensure that the Goods are packaged safely and properly to avoid damage enroute.
8.Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return.
